Workouts contain Flexlog entries, which are made up of Movements, which use Equipment
The Workouts template has sub-templates for longer form workout instructions
Use the Template button for creating new entries on all pages
Movements will track PRs from the Flexlog with a Rollup Movements page templates contain the movement history from the Flexlog
